Welcome to GHOOSE – this guide explains what to expect as a new member, how to get started smoothly, and how we will work together to reach your goals.





1] First Steps

  • Book your consultation (in-person/online)

  • Complete Client Intake Forms (health, lifestyle, goals)

  • Read policies (cancellations, payments, confidentiality)

2] Consultation
We will:
  • Discuss goals & lifestyle
  • Review routine, sleep, stress, nutrition
  • Cover injuries/limitations
  • Agree realistic outcomes & timelines
Optional: movement screening, posture check, basic fitness tests

3] Training Programme
Includes:
  • Strength & resistance training
  • Cardio & conditioning
  • Mobility & flexibility
  • Core & posture work
  • Movement education
You’ll know: sessions/week, between-session guidance, progress tracking


4] Nutrition & Lifestyle Support
May include:
  • Balanced meals & portions
  • Hydration & sleep
  • Habit-building strategies
Focus: sustainable, realistic improvements

5] Communication & Support
  • Session reminders
  • Progress reviews & check-ins
  • Guidance between sessions
  • Ask questions anytime

6] Policies
  • Book sessions in advance
  • Give notice for cancellations
  • Packages must be used within agreed timeframe
  • No-shows may be charged


7] Progress Tracking
  • Strength & fitness gains
  • Optional measurements/photos
  • Confidence, energy & movement quality
